Three Month Wellness Package           $ 975/person

This is a Concierge Custom Package which includes medical recommendations, along with nutritional and exercise guidance.

 If you are an established patient, you have the option of working with Health For Your Whole Life providers over a three-month period.

During our next three months, Dr. Tondora will recommend functional medical laboratory testing based on your needs. You will be provided with a highly detailed education and custom-built nutritional and lifestyle protocol, based on your specific lab results. You will have direct access to our Nutrition Educator who provides nutrition and lifestyle guidance, along with custom workouts from our Master Personal Trainer. This program includes:

• Monthly consultation with Physician
• Direct access to Nutrition Educator (M-F, 9-5 pm EST)
• Direct Access/Custom Workouts from Master Personal Trainer (M-F, 9-5 pm EST)
• Ordering, review, and interpretation of all lab test results (as needed)
• Building a customized protocol based on your unique metabolic individuality
• Providing detailed recommendations on lifestyle factors such as nutrition, sleep, rest, exercise and stress management
• Ordering any necessary prescription medications
• Providing a customized targeted supplement program (MedPax Personalized Nutrition Packs)

These costs only include our services and do not include any support outside of scheduled consultations/times, laboratory fees paid directly to the labs or cost of recommendations.

Package expires 90 days from purchase. Additional individual sessions can be purchased on an as needed basis.
