During your comprehensive New Patient Consultation, Dr. Christina Tondora will take the time to understand your complete health story, review your medical history, evaluate lifestyle factors, discuss your goals, and begin developing a personalized strategy designed specifically for you.
Whether you’re seeking answers to chronic symptoms, optimizing athletic performance, balancing hormones, improving metabolic health, enhancing longevity, or simply wanting to feel your best, your consultation lays the foundation for your personalized care.

Whole Life Concierge Membership

Every new patient is enrolled in the Whole Life Concierge Membership, providing the ongoing physician partnership needed to successfully implement and maintain your personalized health plan.

How Membership Billing Works
Your New Patient Consultation is purchased through this website as a one-time payment.
Following your purchase, you will receive access to our secure patient portal to complete your new patient paperwork, medical history, informed consent documents, and financial agreements prior to your appointment.
As part of the onboarding process, all new patients are enrolled in our Premium Concierge Membership.
The Premium Concierge Membership is billed separately through our secure electronic medical record (EMR) and patient portal.
A valid credit or debit card is required to be securely maintained on file before your initial consultation. Your card will be used for your recurring Concierge Membership and any authorized patient charges in accordance with our Financial Policy.
Your monthly Concierge Membership fee is $149 per month (plus 3.5 % processing fee)
Concierge Membership Commitment
Our Concierge Membership is designed to create a true physician-patient partnership while remaining transparent and flexible.
Whole Health Concierge Membership includes:
- A three-month minimum commitment
- The ability to cancel your membership at any time before completing your annual laboratory testing if you determine our Concierge Program is not the right fit for your needs
- Once your annual laboratory testing has been completed, your membership continues through the remainder of your initial 12-month membership to support laboratory interpretation, treatment optimization, physician follow-up, and continuity of care
- After your initial 12-month membership, your plan automatically continues on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice

Before You Purchase
By purchasing your New Patient Consultation, you acknowledge and understand that:
- Your New Patient Consultation is a one-time website purchase.
- All new patients are enrolled in the Whole Health Concierge Membership as part of establishing care with Health For Your Whole Life.
- The Premium Concierge Membership is $149 per month, plus 3.5 % processing fee and is billed separately through our secure patient portal and electronic medical record.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to be securely maintained on file prior to your initial consultation for your recurring Concierge Membership.
- The Membership Commitment outlined above applies.
- You may upgrade your membership to the Elite or Executive Concierge Membership at any time.

Upon checkout under Order Notes, please indicate if a morning or afternoon appointment is preferred. Once payment is received, the office will call you to schedule your appointment. *Cancellation after purchase will incur a 5% administration fee. All credit card charges incur a 3.5 % processing fee.
You are ALWAYS responsible to call a minimum of 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the missed appointment.
Dr. Tondora’s office does not accept insurance and is not a Medicare provider. Health For Your Whole Life LLC/Dr. Tondora participates with Reimbursify.com to help our patients reclaim their medical expenses. Please download their app to file your claims. Upon request, you will be provided with a superbill which contains all the information needed to file your claim.
An insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. The patient is ALWAYS responsible for payment of all charges incurred regardless of any insurance or third party payment arrangements. Medical health savings accounts are an acceptable form of payment. The natural medicines prescribed by Dr. Tondora may be purchased online, at the office, or at a pharmacy of your choice.
