Our 60-Minute Extended Follow-Up Consultation provides dedicated time to review complex medical issues, interpret laboratory findings, refine treatment strategies, or address multiple health concerns during a single appointment.
This visit is ideal for established patients who require a more in-depth discussion than a standard follow-up appointment.
This Appointment May Include
- Comprehensive review of recent laboratory results
- Evaluation of your progress since your last visit
- Review of current medications and supplements
- Adjustment of your personalized treatment plan
- Discussion of new or ongoing health concerns
- Nutrition and lifestyle counseling
- Hormone, peptide, or metabolic optimization
- Functional medicine recommendations
- Coordination of care with other healthcare providers when appropriate

Not Sure Which Appointment You Need?
If you have not been seen by Dr. T within the past three years, or if you are returning to the practice after an extended absence, please contact our office before scheduling. In many cases, a New Patient Consultation may be recommended to ensure we have an up-to-date medical history and can provide the highest quality of care.
Please fax any recent lab work to 833-690-2163, or upload into your patient portal prior to your visit.
Upon checkout under Order Notes, please indicate if a morning or afternoon appointment is preferred. Once payment is received, the office will call you to schedule your appointment.
You are ALWAYS responsible to call a minimum of 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the missed appointment.
Dr. Tondora’s office does not accept insurance and is not a Medicare provider. Health For Your Whole Life LLC/Dr. Tondora participates with Reimbursify.com to help our patients reclaim their medical expenses.Please download their app to file your claims. Upon request, you will be provided with a superbill which contains all the information needed to file your claim.
An insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. The patient is ALWAYS responsible for payment of all charges incurred regardless of any insurance or third party payment arrangements. Medical health savings accounts are an acceptable form of payment. The natural medicines prescribed by Dr. Tondora may be purchased online, at the office, or at a pharmacy of your choice.
Cancellation after purchase will incur a 5% administration fee.
