YOUR ASSESSMENT INCLUDES

• A thorough evaluation of body-system function through a comprehensive intake

YOUR COMPETITOR’S CIRCLE™ — DIRECT MONTHLY ACCESS

At checkout you’ll be automatically enrolled in The Competitor’s Circle™ — $250/month for direct monthly access to Dr. Tondora between consultations: check-ins, questions, and protocol adjustments as your prep and goals evolve. Membership begins after your initial assessment and renews automatically each month. Cancel anytime by calling the office or messaging us through your patient portal — no long-term commitment, no cancellation penalty on the monthly membership.

Before your consultation: once we receive your order, our office will contact you to order your blood work. Your CORE lab kit is mailed to the address on file with instructions and nearby draw-station locations. You’re responsible for any additional blood-draw fees and for completing your labs before your consultation. This office contracts with labs nationwide for discounted testing.

The one-time fee covers your 60-minute evaluation and CORE blood panel only. It does not include additional lab testing, blood-draw fees, or Custom Nutrient Packs. Cancellation of the one-time assessment after purchase incurs a 5% administration fee. Credit card payments include a card processing fee of 3.5%. 48-hour reschedule/cancellation policy applies.
